There’s a moment every artist dreams of the pause after the final brushstroke, when the energy settlesand the work feels complete.
Over the past months, I’ve been immersed in creating a series of seven paintings that now rest inLisbon, awaiting their next chapter. This collection, “From Ether to Earth,” has been a deep journey ofconnection to my ancestors, to spirit, and to the quiet voice inside me that only speaks when I’m in frontof a canvas or meditating.
Each piece carries a fragment of my story and a whisper from beyond the feeling of remembering whowe are, where we come from, and what we bring into this life. They are about grounding the invisible, turning the ephemeral into something we can touch and feel.
These photos capture the intimate moments around my work: me with the paintings, in the quiet spacesbetween creation and completion. Sharing them feels like opening a window into my studio, myprocess, and my heart.
As I stand in front of these seven paintings now, I feel both gratitude and surrender. They are no longerjust mine—they are ready to live, to be seen, to speak their own language to whoever is willing to listen.
Thank you for witnessing this journey with me.
Where shadow meets light, a new chapter begins.
